Simple Tips How to Burn Stomach Fat
Eat Little Food at Night:
There is a popular old saying that say “eat dinner like a poor man, break fast like a king and lunch like a lord. This is so true. Eating large amount of food before bedtime will make your tummy big. This is because the body focuses it’s energy trying to digest the food consumed during the day time instead of burning fat. Since no physical activities are going on when you are at sleep, your body need little food so it can be easier to be digested.
Add Herbal Tea to your Plan
Lemon ginger detox drink is one the oldest herbal tea that burn fat in the body. Drinking this after workout will promote the ability at which the body burn more stomach fat. Apart from lemon ginger tea, there are other belly fat drinks that work for reducing fat.
Do Tummy Exercise
