This is one of my refreshing fruit smoothies that I enjoy every weekend. Try it out
- 2 cups of watermelon
- half cup of carrot
- 1 cucumber (peel the rind)
- coconut water (optional)
- 2 organic orange
- water – half cup
What to do?
Place the watermelon, carrot and cucumber in the blender. Add water or coconut water and blend until smooth. Squeeze in the orange juice and blend again. Pour into a glass, allow to cool or drink immediately.
