For stomach ulcer, use bentonite clay!
Traditionally, this clay has been used to remove all kind of impurities in the body and as hair cleaner. People used bentonite clay to cook because of its nutritional benefits. It is said to have variety of healing properties including weight loss. Bentonite clay has detoxifying properties that absorbs bacteria, it also removes toxins and also cleans the digestive track from unwanted substances.
This clay contains natural minerals which provide additional health benefits. As a good source of mineral, bentonite clay have the power to kill bacterial. Such as E.coli, and Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) the bacteria that causes stomach ulcer.
Bentonite clay and stomach ulcer
Stomach ulcer is mostly caused by a bacterium known as H.pylori or long term use of anti-inflammatory drugs. This will result in the excessive secretion of stomach acid. To treat this, strong antibiotics, antacids, etc. can be prescribe to the patient. But the bacteria (H.pylori) do resist the antibiotic and cause more than expected.
Therefore bentonite clay becomes the second option since it contains minerals that help to fight the bacteria that resist antibiotics. The clay contains minerals like iron, copper, sodium, silica and magnesium which fight antibiotic resistant bacteria. These trace minerals are also help in healing wound, it will help you heal from stomach ulcer.

How to consume bentonite clay to help cure ulcer
People used to eat it from the ancient time till date as they believe in it healing benefits. When mixed with water to make a paste, helps boost the immune system to fight bacteria. For bentonite clay and stomach ulcer, you can combine it with liquid milk.
Milk helps to soothe the stomach and provides brief relief of ulcer pain. But it can also make the stomach to produce more acid which triggers ulcers. Hence, fermented milk is used because it contain good bacteria that can inhibit the growth of H.pylori. Fermented milk with Lactobacillus casei can destroy the bacteria that causes ulcer. Most people that consume fermented milk product are less likely to develop ulcer.
To mix bentonite and clay:
- 175ml of fermented milk or use evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp. of powered Bentonite clay (nzu)
How to mix it
Grind the clay to a powdered form (if yours is already in powered form, no need grinding again). Measure 2 tbsp. of the clay and place in a cup or mug. Add the milk and cover well. Allow to soak overnight and drink all first thing the next morning. Keep in a cool place but not in the refrigerator.
Do not worry about the milk getting sour; the clay will keep it together. Repeat this three times a week for a month and you will see result.
