Flat Tummy Tea to Lose Belly Fat
This recipe is one of the most powerful metabolism boost in my herbal tea collection. This will change your belly fat story. It is packed with tons of beneficial healthy nutrients like capsiacin, iron, vitamin C&D, cortisol, healthy carbs, protein, calcium, potassium, e.t.c.
For this particular tea, it is best taken early in the morning before workout, right after you wake up.
What you need:
- 2 tbsp. of grated ginger – fresh grated ginger
- 1-2 cayenne pepper
- 2 turmeric – sliced or grated
- 6 pieces of clove
- 2 glasses of water
- Lemon (optional). But for me, it’s a yes
- Honey (optional)
How to prepare it:
First, you will need to add the water to a pot and allow to boil. Add the sliced or grated turmeric, clove, cayenne pepper into the boiling water. Allow to boil for 8-10 minutes before adding the grated ginger.
Cook for at least 15 minutes before straining the tea in a teacup. Add the honey and squeeze in the lemon, stir and serve.
