- A cup of warm water
- 1 tbsp of ACV (apple cider)
- 2 fresh lemons
- 1 cinnamon stick – equivalent to 1/2 cinnamon powder
- Cayenne pepper (to taste)
- Sweetener – honey
Preparation: Start by boiling the cinnamon for 10 – 15 minutes. Sieve the cinnamon water in a cup and add ACV to the warm water, squeeze in the lemon juice, sprinkle some cayenne pepper. Add honey to make it sweeter, stir and drink.
Because of how strong this drink is, it is better to be taken once in a day. I take mine before bedtime so to get myself cleanse from any toxins I might have eaten during the day. It makes me urinate a lot at night and I woke up with feeling lighter the next morning. You can also try at night, but make sure it is convenient for you.
