How to Make Green Tea using Guava Leaves
By now, you should know that guava plant help to shed extra pounds in the body. The power increases when combined with some natural fat burning ingredients. The leaf is among the richest sources of dietary fiber and low on calories. Drinking this green tea from guava leaves helps to block complex carbohydrate from converting into sugar and help regulate the metabolism. Meaning, the tea will help you feel full for a long time and aid in weight loss.
- 6 fresh guava leaves
- 2 tbsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 lime
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp honey
Wash the 6 guava leaves thoroughly and boil the leaves with 3 cups of water. After boiling for about 15 minutes, add the grated ginger, sliced lime and lemon. Allow to boil for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and add 2 tbsp. of raw honey as a sweetener. It is ready to drink. The tea is best consume three times a week.
When it comes to weight loss, people tend to consume different commercial weight loss supplements. Chances are that most of them cannot help you burn fat rather add to the level of calories in the body. If your primary aim is to burn calories and lose weight, start avoiding those supplements.
