Green detox smoothie is known as a cleanser, detoxifier, fat burner or you can say it is the key to flat tummy. Yes, to me green smoothies are key to staying slim. It suppresses the appetite level, make you stay full for long, and also boost the energy level after workout.
Do you know the best part of this shake? It can be prepared ahead of time, store in the fridge and consume anytime. But it should not exceed maximum of 7days.
Why green detox smoothie for weight loss?

So drinking this green smoothie recipe instead of soft drinks or soda will completely fight the hunger level. It makes you feel satiated for a longer time. 1 organic cucumber
Handful of spinach
1 organic apple
2 thumbs of fresh ginger
2 tbsp. apple cider
Wash all the vegetables and mix everything in a blender. Blend until smooth. Smoothies are not meant to be too thick or watery. Add little water is it’s too thick.
For the cucumber, removing the seeds is optional.
