I never liked orange, maybe because it is acidic. Well, this was what I believed in not until I started watching my weight. I realize that the acid in orange helps to activate the digestive enzyme in the stomach so to boost digestion process. Fantastic right?

Fruit Detox Water Preparation
It’s as simple as adding salt in a cup of water, allow it to simmer and drink. But since we need more of the flavor and nutrients, its important to simmer for a longer time, maybe at night.
- 2 organic orange (peeled, and slice thinly)
- 1 lemon (peeled, and cut into half)
- 1/2 lime (half of peeled lime)
- 10 mint leaves (optional)
- 1 tbsp. honey (optional)
Add the ingredients in a pitcher, fill with water to cover up the ingredients. Cover and keep in the fridge. Allow to simmer for a longer time to help release the nutrients. Drink as soon as you notice that the water is ready. This taste super cool, and for everyone who want to cut down on sugar intake.
