Hello drink2slim fam. How’re you all keeping up. And how is your new year resolution on losing weight and slimming down coming along? If you are still wondering how to go about it, here is the change you need – 14 days meal plan. I have seen lot of changes in me the previous year while following these plan and am so eager to share it with you guys.
One of the things that made the changes in me is drinking herbal tea and some encouragement from my D2S Group. I feel lighter and so in love with my new shape more than before. Anyways, am not here to talk about me, it’s going to be (you accepting the challenge and embracing it)
Before we continue, lets take a quick update on what is happening in our D2S group. Here is our newest mother of two, Mrs Ify, who took up the 2 weeks NO soda challenge. She was consistent in drinking herbal tea, smoothies and apple cider juice from drink2slim. This is her result after day 14.
I am super proud of my team for trusting me and the encouragement we give each other towards losing weight. If you are feeling left behind, you should join D2S Group too.
Our next challenge is this 14days meal plan and exercise starting January 13th, and am looking forward for more result.
Who Is In For A Change?
This is one of the most simplest diet plan you can find. I took it upon myself to create this meal and exercise after benefiting from it. All you have to do is to be committed to it. I mean just do it.
From my experience, you don’t have anything to lose. It only require time to prepare most of the food during weekend if you’re not the type that have time to cook on a daily basis. If you prefer more variety of food, you can also make a plan for yourself, just make it low carbohydrate meal.
