Tip 1– Eat your last meal 2 hours before you go to bed: if you’re the type that loves midnight food, it’s time to call it a quit. It is not healthy for your belly and takes time to digest. When you eat late at night, the food remains in the body without digesting because the body is no more engaging in any activity. Hence, 2 hours before bedtime will help offload the calories from the food.
