My slimming water recipe is one of my free sugar drinks that work perfectly for belly fat. It is a healthy beverage that contains life-giving healthy nutrients which is beneficial to both health and burning of fat in the body.
With this slimming water, you boost your energy level, increase nutrient value needed in the body, stay for so long before craving for more food and at the same time reduce the fat in the body.
Aside from being nutritious, this water is an easy to prepare water with common ingredients. It is also simple to carry in a bottle water all day long and can be used to replace your normal plain water.
So pick up your basket, get in to the store and start shopping for the ingredients.
Preparation of Slimming Water:
The ingredients to use
- 1 and 1/2 orange
- 3 fresh lemons
- 1 grapefruit
What to do?
Here, all you need to do is to squeeze out the juice from each of the ingredients using a hand squeezer. Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and add water to taste. As for me, I add 1 cup of warm water.
