This juice is based on personal experience. I woke up one morning with a puffy, round, sad looking face. The only thing I knew was I had my normal night smoothie the previous night. So I decided to add a couple of anti-bloating fruits and herbs to my juicer to make a juice and it really help to reduce the chubby cheeks.
- 1 cup of sliced strawberries
- 2 beetroots
- 1/2 grated ginger
- 1 carrots
- Lemon to taste
- 1/2 cup of water
First, peel the carrot and the beetroots and chop into cubes, add all the ingredients in a high speed food processor. Add the half cup of water and blend until it form a smooth juice. Sieve if you want and enjoy with 1-2 tbsp. of lemon juice.
