Why can’t I lose weight after so many weight loss programs?
This is the number one question people ask at the end of every weight loss program. Burning excess fat and reducing body weight are the reasons we join one or two weight-loss programs. Results should be seen at least four weeks of consistency, but in most cases some people notice increase in their body size and gaining extra weight.
It can really be discouraging, after paying so much for the program!
You keep wondering why you can’t lose this weight, and the things you’re doing wrong. Because you are not seeing the result you signed up for, you lose interest in starting all over again. Hence your body will accumulate lot of weight again.
The truth is, nothing is wrong with your body; you are just doing the wrong things. Here’re the reasons why your body is not losing weight as it should.
Reasons why you can’t Lose weight
- Wrong weight loss program:
There are thousands of “how to lose weight” methods out there but choosing the right program for your self is important. Do not go for intermittent fasting when you know that your body can’t withstand starvation. You will end up feeding yourself with excess calories which in turns increase your body weight. Dieting, keto, vegan, exercise and water fast diet are good weight loss programs to combat fat.
- Unhealthy breakfast:
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day that helps to kick-start your metabolism. Your choice of breakfast determines the energy you required to do things throughout the day. Having a plate full of carbohydrate food can affect your metabolic system there by makes the food difficult to digest. Boosting your metabolism every morning with a lighter breakfast will help fight health issues, diseases, improve your mood and also burn calories. Fresh orange juice with omelet isn’t bad for a breakfast.
