-
Love your body and allow it to heal
Giving birth can be challenging and complications may occur, nevertheless the woman’s body were designed to give birth. Pregnancy, labor and child delivery is a huge event. Contraction occur, the bones of the pelvic loosen, even the pubic symphysis can temporarily separate. It is not a dangerous condition but it can take week or even months to heal on its own.
Rest your mind and body, give yourself time to heal. Resting is best, but that does not mean you should not move around or stretch the body. You only have to minimize the time you are up on your feet.
-
Breastfeed always
Breastfeeding helps to lose weight after child delivery according to some women. Well after my findings I’ve come to realized that breastfeeding your baby/babies causes the uterus (womb) to go back to its normal size making the tummy appear smaller.
You may notice that your hunger ramp up when you are breastfeeding, and that’s okay. Listen to your body, eat when you’re hungry but choose well balanced meals and healthy snacks that will give you energy at all time and to keep your blood sugar balanced.
-
Eat healthy and right foods
This is not the right time to restrict calories but not to consume empty calories. Your body needs proper food like wholegrain, veggies, fruits, nourishing foods that are rich in protein, good fats and carbs, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Feeding the body with the right foods will definitely help you burn fat and lose weight.
Avoid processed and junk foods they will cause you to gain weight around the stomach. They are bad for you even if you are under daily recommended calorie intake. Smoothies are good snacks they provide you with lots of nutrients which will make you healthier and slimmer.
-
Exercise your whole body
Your body doesn’t need you to keep piling on more and more calories! It’s fantastic to move your body, and move it often. Exercising certain areas of the body is dangerous as it will cause you to become unbalanced.
Exercise your whole body to burn fat all over the body and it will actually help to deplete the fat stores in the stomach. Though it is not advisable to jump back into high-intensity intervals and heavy weight lift workouts as your body is trying to heal. Going too hard on yourself will increase your risk of developing setbacks and causes injuries.
Start with jogging for 30 minutes or walking for 45 minutes a day combine with these simple home workout.
